If you're interested in viewing the liquor license application for Shaw's Tavern, I've posted it after the jump. The application describes the establishment as "Gastro pub style American food, huge selection of craft beers and wine. Gourmet coffee and desserts. ... Jazz and classical music as live entertainment." The application lists the maximum number of seats as 245, which is more than I would have expected.
