NBC4 is reporting that Mood Lounge's license was reinstated after Friday's Alcoholic Beverage Control Board hearing. NBC4 reports that the ABC Board "made the decision to restore the Mood Lounge's liquor license Friday night after an all-day meeting. The move clears the way for the club to re-open its doors."
