Fitness Expo at the Convention Center this Weekend

The 19th NBC4 Fitness Expo will be held at the convention center this weekend.   Admission is free.  The Expo is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. 

The Expo bills itself as "the largest free consumer health event in the country, with close to 200 exhibitors and 87,000+ attendees."

The Expo includes:
Free health tests and screenings (including asthma, blood pressure, HIV, cholesterol, and glacoma; )
Free Zumba classes (pre-registration required; click here to pre-register)
This past season’s Biggest Loser first and second place runners up
Activities and demos (including cooking and dancing)
Forums (including autism, obesity, and women's health)
