New Restaurant Coming to 903 N Street, NW
De Pue was formerly the executive chef at Smith Commons on H Street, NE, where he was credited with "boldly establishing fine dining along the H Street corridor." De Pue is currently the chef at 42˚ Catering, which describes itself as "a unique boutique catering firm that specializes in creating custom-designed culinary events."
Dining Bisnow reports that the restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week; will serve wine and beer, but no hard alcohol; and "will keep its 'rough' look with concrete floors and exposed walls and ceilings."
